Our Community

One of the Royal York Gardens' greatest strengths of  has always been our sense of community. 

Many of our neighbours, especially seniors, have lived here for decades and helped shape the place we all call home.

As part of the next stage of RYGTA.com, we’re setting up a Seniors Connection & Community Support Network,

A simple, caring way for tenants to help one another, especially during emergencies or when someone just needs a helping hand.

Before we launch, we’re asking for tenants willing to help us organize and set up the program.

We’re looking for people who can:

• Help design a simple check-in or contact system for seniors in the building
   
• Share ideas on how to reach neighbours who may not be online
   
• Assist in organizing volunteers or creating emergency contact lists
   
• Lend time or skills to help get the network started
   

This will be a community led effort by tenants, for tenants to make sure no one is left behind.
